For bookings on the above stated dates, a peak surcharge of RM 30.00 nett per room per night shall be applicable. Terms and Conditions:
- The above rates quoted are inclusive of American Breakfast for maximum of 1 person for Superior Single room and 2 persons for Superior Twin or Deluxe Queen room.
- All rates are quoted nett in Ringgit Malaysia which are inclusive of the 5% government tax and 10% service charge.
- Room rates are based on per room per night basis.
- Published and internet rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Online bookings based on internet rates offered are non refundable upon cancellation.
- Manual bookings done via email should be guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash payment made into the hotel’s bank account which shall be advised at the confirmation stages.
- Bookings without guarantee shall not be entertained.
- We accept both MasterCard and Visa Card.
- Manual bookings will require a 72 hours written notice for cancellations, failing which one night charge of the total rooms reserved shall be charged to the guest.
- Manual bookings will require a 7 working days written notice for cancellation during our Peak Period, failing which one night charge of the total rooms reserved shall be charged to the guest.
- Charges of total rooms/package reserved online or via email shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of NO SHOW.
